For Bangkok Art Biennale, Anupong was commissioned to create video related to the East Asiatic Building, a historical 19th Century Venetian-style architecture by the Chao Phraya River that brings about nostalgic memories of the Danish and Siamese traders that pioneered commerce and sea trade. Anupong’s visit to Copenhagen became a source of connection through moving images, offering a reverse view of how Hans Neils Anderson, the founder of East Asiatic Company, might have seen Bangkok. Although, far distant exoticism contrasts strongly between Denmark and Thailand, the meaning of tranquility and happiness can still coexist.

ในการเข้าร่วมบางกอก อาร์ต เบียนนาเล่ ครั้งนี้ อนุพงศ์ได้รับมอบหมายให้สร้างวิดีโออาร์ตที่เกี่ยวข้องกับอาคาร อีสต์ เอเชียติก อาคารสถาปัตยกรรมแบบเวนิสที่สร้างขึ้นในศตวรรษที่ 19 ความทรงจำในอดีตของพ่อค้าชาวสยามและเดนมาร์กที่บุกเบิกการค้าทางทะเล และการเดินทางไปยังโคเปนเฮเกนของอนุพงศ์ กลายมาเป็นความสัมพันธ์บางอย่างที่ถูกทำให้เป็นรูปเป็นร่างผ่านภาเคลื่อนไหวที่ฉายภาพกรุงเทพฯ จากมุมมองของ Hans Neils Andersonผู้ก่อตั้งบริษัท อีสต์ เอเชียติก ที่แม้ว่าความแปลกและแตกต่างระหว่างเดนมาร์กกับไทยอาจเด่นชัดด้วยระยะทางอันแสนห่างไกลระหว่างกัน ความหมายของความสงบและความสุขก็ยังคงอยู่ร่วมกันได้อย่างงดงาม
